In person screenings at RIGA IFF take place in accordance with all the latest epidemiological requirements that apply to public events, in order to make your visit as possible.
– The number of seats in cinemas is limited and you will be allocated to a specific seat keeping a safe distance from others;
– When arriving to a screening, we ask you to please disinfect your hands, not to congregate around the entrance and, if a queue forms, to observe a 2 meters distance to other guests;
– You will be asked to fill out a form upon entering the cinema in which you will be asked to share your contact information and seat number with us. The forms will be collected at the exit;
– The festival coat check will not be available, but you will be able to place your outerwear on any adjacent free seat;
– The headphones used for simultaneous interpretation will be disinfected between use;
– Celebrations marking a film’s premiere and other special events will take place outside the cinema, or when the audience is already seated;
– We urge festival visitors to use face masks;
