As Riga International Film Festival will feature the Latvian premiere of Cat on My Mind<\/i> <\/a>(2026), a feature film by Latvian director Laila Pakalni\u0146a, photo exhibition Photographs From<\/i> Series No. 179<\/i> by brilliant director of photography, Gints B\u0113rzi\u0146\u0161, shall be held in the first-floor foyer.<\/p>\n

As director of photography and photographer B\u0113rzi\u0146\u0161 himself explains, he created the series as a cheering tribute to his peers, friends, acquaintances and people met by chance at the film set or elsewhere: \u201cWell, we aren\u2019t here to have it easy, aren\u2019t we?\u201d Therefore, each \u201cmoment of slight happiness\u201d is worth being documented in a photograph.<\/p>\n
