Edmunds Jansons (1972) is director, animator, illustrator, and founder of the animation film studio Atom Art. He studied tv directing at Academy of Culture of Latvia and animation directing at Estonian Academy of Art. His filmography notably includes animated documentary film Little Bird’s Diary<\/em> (2007) which was awarded Best Baltic Animation award at IFF Arsenals and received Grand Prix at Tallinn Graphic Triennial, animated short Choir Tour<\/em> (2012) which received numerous awards, among them Best Animation Award at 29th \u201cinterfilm\u201d International SFF and Award for Sound and Music at LIAF London IAF, and animated short The Isle of Seals<\/em> (2014), screened at Annecy 2016.
