In 2023 she acquired a BA degree in film at the Paris-1 Pantheon Sorbonne University in France, shortly before joining the production studio Trickster Pictures. D\u0101rta has five years of experience in the film industry where she has worked as a production coordinator, 1st and 2nd assistant director and for three years as the creative director of RojaL Film Festival in Latvia. D\u0101rta\u2019s projects have been chosen for such creative programmes as the Baltic Pitching Forum and Documentary Campus Masterschool. She has also been a part of the Locarno Film Festival\u2019s MatchMe! producers\u2019 program.
