This year, RIGA IFF\u00a0invites everyone to make the unknown their own \u2013 both by coming face to face with the changes at present and by reflecting on the past.\u00a0For the third year in a row the architectural film program ARCHITECT\u2019S CUT will take place in cooperation with the National Library of Latvia. This year the programme was created by a guest curator \u2013 the social anthropologist and urban planner Viesturs Celmi\u0146\u0161.<\/p>\n
City Dreamers<\/em>\u00a0screening at the National Library of Latvia’s Ziedonis Hall will be followed by a discussion. Viesturs Celmi\u0146\u0161 will welcome onstage and moderate the discussion with architects\u00a0Sintija Vaivade and Evel\u012bna Ozola.
