Festival Pass

From 2 September register your Festival Pass at rigaiff.lv/pass to get access to the RIGA IFF guest portal and apply for accreditation. You can retrieve your accreditation from 17 October at the RIGA IFF information desk at Splendid Palace.

Until you receive your accreditation, please use the code on your pass to retrieve tickets to screenings:

1. Go to rigaiff.lv,
2. Select a screening,
3. Click on “Buy”,
4. Enter your 8-digit code at checkout and verify it,
5. Make sure the amount is 0,00 € when you go to pay,
6. Click on “Pay”,
7. You will receive your tickets at the email address you have provided.

NB! You will have to present your accreditation together with your ticket when you attend a screening.

Ticket packs

To retrieve your tickets:

1. Go to rigaiff.lv,
2. Select a screening,
3. Click on “Buy”,
4. Enter your 8-digit code at checkout and verify it,
5. Choose the ticket type “Ticket pack”,
6. Make sure the amount is 0,00 € when you go to pay,
7. Click on “Pay”,
8. You will receive your tickets at the email address you have provided.
