In a secluded town, Matej grows up in a family of people with special needs, feeling as different from his relatives as he does from the outside world. When his relationship with the mother of his daughter falls apart he finds himself in a complicated custody battle that leads him to take a radical act.  Rok Biček records 10 years in the life of a man growing up in an extraordinary family. It is a reality film that that seeks feelings rather than sensations. A film without a screenplay, but with a multitude of screenwriters, both human and nonhuman, that has recieved Critics Week Award at the Locarno Film Festival and the Vesna Award for best feature film at the Portorož Film Festival in 2017.
