Elza Gauja has written, directed and produced both her debut documentary “Meanwhile in Lucavsala” (2022) and a debut narrative film “Keep Smiling, Mom!” (2022). Elza has written and directed several awarded short films, both documentaries and fiction. Elza likes to explore multi-faceted characters and complex social themes while keeping a light and humorous tone of voice.

Uģis Riekstiņš has years of experience in the film industry. Owner of two successful companies: Arkogints Camera Rental and Art Department for more than 10 years. Recently, he has acted as associate producer for films like “The Foundation of Criminal Excellence”, “The Shift”, and “Neon Spring”.
