An elderly married Latvian couple, Alvine and Ernests, both working at a post office, use a fraud scheme to win their long awaited trip to Rome. The great joys are overshadowed by Alvine’s suddenly progressing Alzheimer’s disease.

Uģis Riekstiņš has years of experience in the film industry. Owner of two successful companies: Arkogints Camera Rental and Art Department for more than 10 years. Recently, he has acted as associate producer for films like “The Foundation of Criminal Excellence”, “The Shift”, and “Neon Spring”.
