Alina Panasenko is a director, screenwriter, and visual artist, born in 2000 in Severodonetsk and based in Kyiv, Ukraine. She is a member of Ukrainian Film Academy. She has studied screenwriting at film university, conceptual and art photography at Serhiy Melnychenko MYPH School, and taken a curatorial course at Pinchuk Art Centre. She has directed short films 20-11-7.mp4 (winner Molodist IFF), Teatralna Station (best editing winner at TISFF, participated in competition at Tallinn Black Nights IFF), Prelude (at the stage of submitting to festivals). Continuing her interest in cinema and culture, she curates the Practice. Cinema as/and politics publishing project.
Lyuba Knorozok is a film and media producer, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Among her latest projects are the documentaries Chornobyl 22 (Grand Prix at Kurzfilmtage Oberhausen) and Infinity According to Florian (World premiere at the Rotterdam IFF 2022, Kinokolo Prize for Best Ukrainian documentary), both by Oleksiy Radynski, and Forever-Forever by Anna Buryachkova (World Premiere at Venice Film Festival’s Horizons Extra competition 2023). Since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, she produces The Reckoning Project: Ukraine Testifies, a media project that combines the power of story-telling and legal accountability to fight for justice.
