Hungarian Nora spends her final college semester in a South Tyrolean village with her spiritual aunt Magda, a live-in nurse for a 95-year-old woman. They last met after Magda moved there a decade ago. That year, Nora’s mother died during a hike – and a UFO allegedly landed in the same forest. Magda thinks the events are connected; Nora disagrees. As the past resurfaces, the question remains: can they find their way back to each other – or are they destined to remain aliens forever?
