To fulfill her dream of opening an animal shelter, Gundega worked as a strip dancer and purchased a property where she, together with her mother Iveta, a former belly dancer, began a new professional life. This is a story of three generations of women – Iveta, Gundega, and Gundega’s daughter Ronja – revealing how interests, traits, and affection are passed down from one generation to the next, forming an invisible yet enduring bond between mother and daughter.

Patrīcija Prūse is currently studying film directing at the National Film School of the Latvian Academy of Culture. She is passionate about editing, a psychological approach to characters, and the analysis of human behavior. Her painting studies have enhanced her visual sense, while her training at a music primary school has influenced her understanding of rhythm, sound, and the role of music in cinema.
Tabita Paula Avotiņa is a student at the National Film School of the Latvian Academy of Culture. She has experience working as a producer on student short films and as a production assistant and location manager on feature films such as Visiem vajag naudu (dir. Alise Zariņa) and Mildas istaba (dir. Kristīne Želve). She is also a photographer and a dancer in urban dance styles, which gives her a broader perspective on the art world.
