In the vast RIGA IFF programme, don’t miss the latest works from Latvian cinema and its creators. During the festival, two world premieres will be celebrated – Jānis Ābele’s documentary detective The Last Will and Krista Burāne’s musical documentary road movie All Birds Sing Beautifully will both have their first screenings. Several Latvian premieres are also expected for films produced in collaboration with local film studios Mistrus Media and VFS Films.

Meanwhile, the works of Latvian authors in short format – from carefully curated short films to vibrant music videos – can be enjoyed in the Short Film National Competition and the Baltic Music Video Competition screenings.
