Every year the Riga International Film Festival is growing stronger – from the film programme to the events and the number of guests. With this growth also the opportunities for volunteers to engage expand.
Voluntary work at cultural events is a chance to gain experience within the particular field, to grow in communication and working with other people as well as to be a part of the growth of a society. But the film festival is special — it is also a chance to see many, many great films!

This year we welcome those interested to volunteer in various departments of the festival team:

• working with the international industry professionals and festival guests
• organizing screenings
• the making of events
• logistics
• decoration
• audiovisual media (photo and video)
• and other areas

Anyone over the age of 16 can become a volunteer at RIGA IFF — be it young or old — but should be ready to work at least 30 hours. To become a part of the festival team, fill out the volunteer form bellow.
