It is New Year’s Eve, and Jim and Morten are playing video games, just like every other day. But Morten is not feeling like himself tonight… Soon, a kaleidoscope of anti-progress and anti-capitalist ideas is born, which takes the shape of a virtual space, separating the two gamers from reality.

An end-of-year requiem from a former gamer, which sounds like nothing less than “game over”. Festival favourite Andrea Gatopoulos played video games professionally until the age of 18, when he decided to devote himself entirely to filmmaking. This short film is set in the visual world of a video game, putting the audience in a position of alienation and revenge.
