We have long deserved a Latgalian version of Scorsese’s cinematic legacy, with unexpected romantic elements. A young policewoman is tasked with unravelling the crimes of a slightly awkward gang and uphold the principles of justice, but law and order is not the only mantra of this world. There are other laws, and they make everything even more complicated.
