From loaves of bread and baguettes to raisin buns and croissants – Boris is an incredibly talented and devoted baker. In the small village, everyone loves his baked delights. But one day, Boris can’t stop sneezing – it turns out he’s developed an allergy to flour.
The visually nostalgic work of Serbian-born animation director Avramović reminds us that every pastry and loaf is crafted by hand. Just like this film – its textures of traditional hand-drawn animation and soft pastel tones will take some viewers on a little journey to France, and others – on a trip back in time.
