A storm of trouble is brewing. Many rumours circulate about Rain Boy, but one thing is clear – he is no ordinary gardener. He plants and waters clouds. During one of his shifts, he accidentally angers the Sun itself. The weather forecast doesn’t look favourable for Rain Boy – bright sunshine and withering crops are expected. Will he be able to make the Sun happy again?

The animation by Swiss-born director and graphic designer Brunner possesses a timeless aesthetic, with characters outlined in black that feel so familiar as they evoke memories of childhood for older viewers.
