A young police detective, Roman Skulte, starts to work in Riga in the mid-90s. He’s full of juice, ready to take on crime and change the world eliminating corruption and all the dirty shit he’s so sick of. Pretty soon comes the realization that enthusiasm alone won’t take him far. To succeed in his quest for a better world while fighting crime and corruption, some borders – ethical and legislative, will have to be crossed. As the proverb says: the road to hell is paved with good intentions..

For the past ten years, Sintija’s has worked as a production manager, coordinator, and producer on various projects, including the film The Foundation of Criminal Excellence, the TV series Sisi, Terra – X, the experimental film festival Process, and the Creative Europe project Spectral. Currently, she is producing the feature film Red Code Blue (KEF Studio).
Sergejs splits his time between helping various local film and series productions get proper funding and release, and managing Kino Kults, biggest film media in Latvia with a website, social media pages, most popular film-related podcast and series of premiere and classic film screenings during the last 12 years.
