The film consists of excerpts from the daily life of an art student Laura coping with the emergency situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. While at her parents’ home, Laura spends a lot of time on video conference calls. However, this strange time is an opportunity to go through her past memories and hide from the world for a bit.
Emils has created short films and music videos. His documentary feature “Choir. Conductor. Kamēr…” was awarded the Latvian National Film Prize “Lielais Kristaps” as the best debut film of 2019. Alps is currently studying film directing at the National Film School of the Latvian Academy of Culture.
