RIGA IFF invites you to immerse yourself in VR and discover if the grammatical rules of film language are applicable in the VR media – so much junior to classical cinematography. And which stories are more impactful – those observed from a distance, or those where the viewer is also a participant.

Travel in space and time – this abstract idea will come to life once you put on a virtual reality headset. In this VR programme, the viewer participates in the stories, experiencing everything firsthand. Here, audiovisual storytelling takes on more fluid, innovative, and broader forms.
