Liene Linde is a Latvian publicist, screenwriter and film director, whose filmography includes both feature and documentary films. She is one of the most visible and artistically open filmmakers of her generation. Seven Awkward Sex Scenes (2016), which won Best Student Film at the 2017 national film awards Lielais Kristaps and was screened at several international festivals, is Linde's internationally best-known film. Together with Armands Začs, she directed the documentary Mothers and Others (2020), and is currently in the final stages of completing her debut feature Black Velvet, a conceptual continuation of her interest in women's experience, identity, and depression.

Dovilė Butnoriūtė is an international relations specialist and cultural events manager from Lithuania. She has extensive experience in the film industry, having worked at the Lithuanian Film Centre for six years where she was in charge of the distribution, promotion, programming, and exhibition of Lithuanian films abroad, as well as organising film-related events in various formats. In 2022, when Kaunas was the European Capital of Culture, she was the Head of International Relations and Music Project Producer. Butnoriūtė is known as one of Lithuania's most visible, active figures in the creative industries – she has organised more than 100 concerts, managed bands, led international projects, and performs as a DJ.

Mārtiņš Mielavs is a versatile, passionate organiser of cultural events and festivals. He grew up in a family of musicians and music-lovers and founded the legendary bar Piens, out of which the Piens Fest festival and the popular online short film series developed, working as a producer together with director Oskars Ruppenheits. During the pandemic, he created a series of retro-styled gymnastics videos together with like-minded people and has also contributed to the development of the culture of art auctions in Latvia. He currently runs the K.K. fon Stricka Villa, a centre for culture and arts that has become home to various disciplines and avant-garde ideas over the years.

Jānis Žilde is a Latvian media expert, critic, journalist, and musician whose creative biography includes more than two thousand album reviews and hundreds of concert reviews. Žilde is also known as a member of several award-winning musical projects, to name but a few — Satellites LV, kuba, Raadio, and Jāņa Žilde's apvienotie gaisa spēki. He has composed music for both short and feature-length films, and is the author of two books — Piekūns skrien debesīs (2015), which describes the history and activities of the folk-rock band Jauns Mēness, and Trīs no Sabiles (2020) about the Latvian rock band Pienvedēja piedzīvojumi.

Sander Joon is an Estonian animation director whose short films Velodrool (2015), Moulinet (2017), and Sounds Good (2018) have been screened in Annecy, Leipzig, Ottawa, Stuttgart, Fredrikstad, Go Short, GLAS, and many other festivals. Joon also makes music videos, for example for Tommy Cash, he DJs, and participated in a commercial for Rick and Morty. He also worked as a 2D artist on the award-winning film The Old Man Movie (2019) and teaches traditional animation at the Estonian Academy of Arts. His latest short film Sierra won a prize at the SHORT RIGA Test Screenings in 2021 and is currently touring festivals having qualified for the Academy Awards.
