These terms apply to everyone purchasing and using Riga International Film Festival (the “Festival”) 4-tickets package (the “Package”).

1. The Package can be used by everyone who has purchased the Festival 4-tickets package.
2. After a successful purchase of the Package, a purchase confirmation ticket containing the 8-digit code (the “Code”) will be sent to the e-mail address specified during the purchase process.
3. The Package can be used to withdraw tickets for 4 screenings during the Festival, excluding the Festival Opening Night.
4. Information about the screenings of the Festival is available on the website rigaiff.lv.
5. Tickets for the screening can be withdrawn on the website rigaiff.lv. To withdraw tickets:
1. Go to website rigaiff.lv;
2. Choose the screening you want to attend;
3. Click “Purchase”;
4. Enter the Code in the box provided and click “Confirm”;
5. Add the count of Package tickets you want to withdraw;
6. Registration is not mandatory, but it will speed up the withdrawal time of the next ticket withdrawal;
7. Choose your ticket delivery method and press “Continue”;
8. Review your selection to make sure the total is € 0,00;
9. Click “Pay”.
6. At the entrance to the screening, the guest is obliged to present the withdrawn ticket.
7. The number of tickets for each screening is limited.
8. Using the Package it is possible to withdraw tickets for all screenings except the Festival Opening Night.
9. The Festival reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions by publishing the new version of the Terms and Conditions on the Festival website (rigaiff.lv).
