This year, RIGA IFF invites everyone to make the unknown their own – both by coming face to face with the changes at present and by reflecting on the past. For the third year in a row the architectural film program ARCHITECT’S CUT will take place in cooperation with the National Library of Latvia. This year the programme was created by a guest curator – the social anthropologist and urban planner Viesturs Celmiņš.

City Dreamers screening at the National Library of Latvia’s Ziedonis Hall will be followed by a discussion. Viesturs Celmiņš will welcome onstage and moderate the discussion with architects Sintija Vaivade and Evelīna Ozola. The screening takes place with the support of Embassy of Canada to Latvia.
