Forum Cinemas will screen multiple feature films and five short film screenings from the RIGA IFF lineup.
These screenings will take place in Auditoriums 2, 5 and Delfi LUX.
The auditoriums are located on the fourth floor of the cinema.
Auditorium 2 has a balcony on the sixth floor.

Staff will help people with visual or mobility impairments navigate Forum Cinemas.

There are no induction loops in the cinema.

Accessibility for people with reduced mobility

There is a lift in the cinema.
The lift is 89 cm wide and 209 cm high.
It can be used to reach all the auditoriums.
It can be used by asking for assistance from the shift manager at the ticket stand.

Before the screening you can call the shift manager for other needed assistance (+371 27 335 663).
The shift manager will lead one to their seat and install a ramp if needed.

There is space for wheelchairs in the auditoriums.

Accessibility for people with an assistance dog

Assistance dogs are welcome.

Restrooms

There is an accessible toilet on the second and third floors of the cinema.
They have a support bar and can accommodate a wheelchair.

Assistance

RIGA IFF staff will be working at Forum Cinemas for the duration of the festival.
RIGA IFF staff wear black vests with “RIGA IFF” in white letters written on the back.
RIGA IFF staff can help you solve different problems and answer your questions.

You can also ask questions at the Forum Cinemas box office.

Auditorium 2

Auditorium 2 has two wheelchair seats.
There are 8 steps to navigate to get to them.
Each step is 16cm high.

The ramp is steep and requires assistance to cross.
Theatre attendants will assist by installing a ramp.
The narrowest space in the auditorium is 70 cm wide.

The balcony of Auditorium 2 has wheelchair accessible spaces.
There are 2 steps to navigate to get to them.
The ramp is steep and requires assistance to cross.
Theatre attendants will assist by installing a ramp.

Auditorium 5

There is one wheelchair seat in Auditorium 5.
There are 3 steps to navigate to get to it.

The ramp is steep and requires assistance to cross.
Theatre attendants will assist by installing a ramp.

The narrowest space in the auditorium is 80 cm wide.

Delfi LUX Auditorium

The Delfi LUX auditorium can accommodate two wheelchairs.
To get to the auditorium, you need to take two lifts.
First, ask the shift manager at the box office for assistance.
The shift manager will help you to get to the lift.
The lift will take you to the auditorium from the exit.

Please note that there are 8 steps at the main entrance of the auditorium.
Each step is 16 cm high.

The cinema is located near Riga International Coach Terminal.

Public Transport

The nearest public transport stop going in the direction of the centre is “Autoosta”.
It is located right at the entrance of the cinema.

Buses 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 32, 38, 39, 43, 54, and 55

The nearest public transport stop going in the direction of Pārdaugava is “13. janvāra iela”.
It is across the street from the cinema.

To reach the cinema from this stop, you have to go through a tunnel.
The tunnel is only accessible by stairs.

Bicycles

There are bike racks at the entrance to the cinema.

Private vehicles

The underground car park at STOCKMANN has several accessible parking spaces.
This is a paid car park.
A pedestrian tunnel connects the underground car park to the cinema.
