Subordinate to the Minister for Economics of Latvia, LIAA aims to increase export and the competitiveness of Latvian companies, facilitate foreign investment and implement tourism development and innovation policies. Rožkalns has been working at LIAA for the last five years.
Dita Rietuma has worked as an Editor and film critic for the leading Latvian newspaper Diena for more than twenty years. Rietuma is the author and co-author of numerous books about film history. She is the Director of the National Film Centre of Latvia – a public institution under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture with a responsibility to support the Latvian film industry.
Inga Alika-Stroda is an executive with 20 years experience exploring the future of technology, media and entertainment. She has strong strategic and commercial skills working across the TV and entertainment industry. Alika-Stroda has led and executed business development projects and launched the local OTT streaming service Shortcut, which competes with global streaming platforms such as Netflix. She currently heads Business of Entertainment and Media for Tet.
