The middle aged rock music enthusiast Raimonds has an ambitious music video idea for the band ”Līvi”. The first push to start working on his dream is given by Rūta, a film student, who has started to make a documentary about Raimonds, with the goal to successfully finish film school. However, Raimonds’s inability to handle his plans by himself and Rūta’s reluctance to to getting involved with his work, leads both to a conflict, making obstacles on both their ways towards their goals.

Rūta Znotiņa is a new film director, who has for a couple of years worked in different film industry projects. Her documentary short film “Dream Spring” (2020) was nominated for the National Film Award ”Lielais Kristaps” for best student film.
Katrīna Smilga started working as a producer and organizator in film and theatre four years ago. She has worked on different student projects, as well as on high-scale international film projects and Latvian dance performances.
