RIGA IFF FORUM is a unique opportunity to discover emerging authors before they break onto the global stage. Focusing on new talent and projects from low audiovisual capacity countries, it fosters collaboration, strengthens professional skills, and helps increase the visibility and circulation of European audiovisual works. Beyond RIGA IFF SHOWCASE and SHORT RIGA Test Screenings, the programme offers meetings with festival representatives, insights into the Baltic animation scene, closed location tours, and other curated networking opportunities designed to build lasting professional connections.

In 2026 RIGA IFF FORUM will be held from 22 to 25 October in Riga, Latvia. Participation in most RIGA IFF FORUM events will require an industry accreditation FORUM Pass or Festival & FORUM Pass. More details will be announced soon.
