Paula is at her rope’s end. She’s a recent graduate of an acting programme but can’t find a job that pays in her profession. To make ends meet Paula works part-time as a waitress at a local bowling alley. One day Paula’s boyfriend Kaspars reveals that he’s made a series of bad investments, and the couple are at risk of being evicted from their one-bedroom apartment. While discussing what would be more humiliating, Paula comes up with a plan to rob the bowling alley where she works.

Kristiāns Riekstiņš is a graduate of the film directing program at the Latvian Academy of Culture. He works professionally as an editor, specializing in ads and film trailers. In his free time, he enjoys home brewing, solving crossword puzzles, and ice skating.
Alise Rogule has produced different projects for more than 12 years. In 2022 Alise was selected as one of nine promising European producers for the new initiative of Cannes Film Festival Court Metrage – New Producers Room and Match Me! Programme at Locarno Film Festival. Currently, she is participating in the ACE EU Mentoring programme.
Since 2014 Sergejs has helped various local productions to reach big and small screens in the role of distributor, sales agent, promoter, and, lately, producer. Additionally, he helps manage Kino Kults, the biggest online film-related media in Latvia, and organizes classic film screenings and premieres of the latest hits.
