Elza Gauja is a Latvian director, screenwriter and producer working across fiction and documentary film. Since her debut in 2022, she has directed two fiction features alongside documentary projects. Her work has received national recognition and has screened at international festivals.

Līva Vernere is a Latvian creative producer based in Riga. Working in film since 2020, she has produced six short films and joined VFS Films in 2024, where she is developing her first feature-length projects. Her experience spans fiction, documentary, and music video.

Uldis Cekulis is a Latvian producer and founder of VFS Films. He has produced over 50 creative documentaries and docu-series, with films presented at major international festivals. An EFA member and international documentary mentor, he works extensively on international co-productions.
